    Notes:

    John's will mentions by name his wife, two half-brothers (Henry & Peleg) and one half-sister (Sarah) who is deceased; he also lists all of his nieces and nephews.

    I haven't yet figured out how they are half-siblings to him, since they all have the same last name and also seem to have the same mother, based on her will and their dates of birth. Possibly Benjamin died and Elizabeth married another Mr. Tibbetts, and eventually was widowed a second time. I haven't found a record of such a marriage, but many such records are missing, or were never recorded.

    Notes:

    According to the East Greenwich town record books, a Henry Tibbetts was a Justice in East Greenwich in the 1740s. It may have been this Henry.

    Henry married Hannah Reynolds 3 Nov 1734, North Kingstown, RI. Hannah was born Abt 1717; died 28 Aug 1749, East Greenwich, RI. [Group Sheet]

    Notes:

    Henry & Hannah were married by Robert Hall, Justice.

    In the marriage entry, Henry is identified as "of George," and Hannah as "of John." I am making an assumption that Henry belongs in this family group.
