In the Federal Census of 1910, Aloson B. & Helen P. Shattuck, ages 74 & 55, are living at Bloomingdale, Van Buren Co., MI. With them is married daughter Effie Shepard and her husband Fred and daughter H. Roberta.

In the Federal Census of 1920, Aloson B. & Helen P. Shattuck, ages 84 & 65, are still living at Bloomingdale. They are near Otto Remington and family.

In the Federal Census of 1930, "Eloson" & Helen, ages 95 & 75, are still at Bloomingdale. Lodging with them is Helen's sister Clara Penfold 66, a widow according to census data.

Aloson married Helen P. Remington Abt 1878. Helen (daughter of Charles Edmund Remington and Esther Peck) was born May 1854, MI; died Aft 1 Apr 1930. [Group Sheet]
