Christopher married Annie M. Unknown Abt 1895. Annie was born Jul 1867, Iowa; died Aft 1 Apr 1930. [Group Sheet]

Notes:

Annie may have been first married to a Mr. Schwartz, because in the Federal Census of 1900, there are two stepchildren in the Renning household: Frank Schwartz b Feb 1886 KS and Viola Schwartz b Aug 1891.

In the Federal Census of 1930, Annie M. Renning is a widow age 64, living at Shell Rock, Butler Co., IA.

In the Federal Censuses of 1870 and 1880, the family is living at Jefferson, Butler Co., IA.

In 1900 Charles & Christina are still there, ages 69 & 66. They have been married for 44 yrs and have 5 children. According to census data, they immigrated in 1856, which would be the year they married.

Charles married Christiana Unknown Abt 1856. Christiana was born Jun 1833, Mechlenberg, Germany; died Aft 1 Jun 1900, Iowa. [Group Sheet]
