    Notes:

    Hannah Remington is in the 1850 census at Tiverton with her husband John and four children. She is in the 1860 census living with the family of Gideon G. & Rhoda Durfee. Her occupation is a domestic.

    Her gravesite is with her Remington in-laws (grandparents of John) in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery at Tiverton. I do not know where the other family members are buried.

    Hannah married John Remington Abt 1831. John (son of Thomas REMINGTON and Alice "Elce" GRINNELL) was born 2 Jun 1797, Tiverton, Newport Co., RI; died Bef 1860. [Group Sheet]

    He may be the Wlliam Manchester b. c1776, father of Martha (probably Manchester) b. c1809, who married Gardner Hambly. In the 1850 Federal Census he is age 74, living with Gardner's family.
