Peter C. Shields

In the 1930 Federal Census, Peter & Lola Shields are living in Suffield, CT. With them is son Richard (N or W?) about age one, and two boarders, William Burnham and William Leighton. They are next door to Lola's brother Harold and family, and on the other side are next to Lola's parents and other two brothers. According to the census data, both of Peter's parents were born in Scotland. He came to the United States in 1922, and was naturalized.

Peter married Lola Remington Abt 1926. Lola (daughter of George Nelson Remington and Bertha Hayward) was born Abt 1904, CT. [Group Sheet]
