In the January 1920 census, Bernard Remington is age 52, single, and living in Boston. He died the next month, of broncho pneumonia, with cereb. hemorrhage contributory.

Bernard married Regina L. Belle-Isle About 1903. Regina was born Abt 1885, Lowell, MA. [Group Sheet]

In the 1910 census, Regina Remington is living in Everett, MA, with her brother Nelson L. Belle Isle and his wife Anna L. Two children are in the household: William Remington 5, and Louise E. Remington 4. Regina's husband is not there, but her status is married, 6 yrs. Her birthplace is given as MA, but her brother's is Canada.

In the 1860 Federal Census, Bela & Bridget Remington are ages 35 & 34, living at Hingham, Plymouth Co., MA. They are living in the household of George & Helen Glover. There are four Remington children there: Bela C. 8, Mary A. 7, Lucy F. 4, & Martha I. 2.

In the 1880 Federal Census, Bela & Margaret Remington are living on Lincoln St. in Hingham, Plymouth Co., MA. Five children are in the home: Agnes 17, John T. 14, Bernard 12, Winifred 10, & Margaret 7.

In 1900, Bela is living on McLellan St., Boston (Ward 17), Suffolk Co., MA. He is living with daughter Lucy and her husband.

In 1910, Bela is age 85, living on Circuit St., in Melrose, Middlesex Co., MA. He is living with the family of his daughter Margaret R. Gibson.

Bela married Margaret Cullen 1863. Margaret was born Abt 1831, Ireland; died 12 Jul 1889, Hingham, Plymouth Co., MA. [Group Sheet]

In the 1830 Federal Census, Bela is residing at Hingham, Plymouth County, MA. Steve Condarcure's Genealogy Data (web site) has his date of death as 22 June 1842.

Bela married Esther Manuel Abt 14 Feb 1823, Hingham, MA. Esther (daughter of John Manuel and Esther Lewis) was born 24 Jun 1804, Hingham, Plymouth County, MA; died 7 Aug 1839. [Group Sheet]
