Thomas Remington was appointed guardian for his brother Stephen Remington who was "adjudged non compos mentis" by the Warwick Town Council. Thomas agreed to take care of Stephen's financial assets. The document is signed by Thomas Remington (house carpenter of Warwick), Daniel Remington (ship carpenter of Warwick), and Stephen Remington (labourer of Warwick), 11 March 1744.
