    • I am taking the liberty of assuming that this marriage in the Jamestown vital records belongs to these two individuals. The time frame and the locale fit them both.

      The marriage record at Jamestown reads: "John Carr & Abigail Remington both of this town" were married "ye 15 of 12th month 1704/05 by John Weeden, Warden." (At this time the 12th month was February and the 1st month was March. Dates from January through March used a split year.)
