      At this point her name was really Ruth O. Westgate, the middle initial meaning Osborn.

      Ruth remarried to William Westgate sometime before 13 Jan 1846 when she is mentioned as "Ruth Westgate who before her marriage was Ruth Osborn," in the Will of Weston Hicks.

      The will of Ruth O. Westgate of Tiverton is dated 3 Aug 1852, proved 3 Jan 1853. It mentions four children: William H., Benjamin H., & Thomas D. Osborn; and Elizabeth A. Hambly.
