  The birth record at Providence City Hall says she is the fourth child born to this couple. For place of birth it says: "Cov Hosp & Allen." John H. Berry's birthplace is given as Horntown, VA; Eliza A. Berry's birthplace is given as Fall River, MA. Eliza is with the family in the 1870 Federal Census, but not with her widowed mother in the RI State Census of 1875. The death record says she died at age 6.
