• Notes

  Gilbert Remington, along with his mother and two brothers, is mentioned in the will of Thomas Holden of Warwick dated 14 Oct 1820. He was a fifer in the 7th Regiment, RI Militia. He ran the stagecoach between Pawtuxet & Providence, started in 1823 by his bnrother-in-law Andrew Arnold.
