    Brayton-Remington burial plot in Pleasant View Cemetery, Tiverton.

    Brayton-Remington burial plot in Pleasant View Cemetery, Tiverton. Note that the birth date for Joseph Remington is not correct; it is the birth date for a different Joseph Remington who lived and died in Scituate, RI. Our ancestor was born likely on Prudence Island and later settled in Tiverton. The grave for number 17 says "unknown" and I wonder if that belongs to our ancestor Thomas Remington, son of Joseph and Innocent. The location of his grave has not been recorded anywhere that I have found. It makes sense that he would have been buried with family members.
