I have made an assumption that she is Clemence Battey, based on their dates of birth and the given names Clemence & Dinah, found in both the Battey and Remington families.

Although I have not found a birth record for Phebe, the marriage record at Jamestown identifies the bride as Phebe Remington, of Gershom & Clemence, of Jamestown.
