    • In the 1850 census Nathan is living with his family at Tiverton, RI. In the 1860 census, he is living at Little Compton with the Dyer family. In 1900 he is boarding with the George A. Green family at Tiverton, RI.

      In 1920 it appears that he is the Nathan Remington, aged 73 RI, single and living in the New Bedford city almshouse. It does not state whether he has any handicap, although it says he can read and write.
