  In the 1850 Federal Census, James & Lucy are living at Northbridge, Worcester Co., MA. I don't see that their son is with them, so perhaps he died young. In 1870 James C. & Lucy are still there, and James is a saloon keeper. In the household are two young women, Minnie Graves 18 NY & Louisa Rockwood 24 MA. James's birth is recorded at Northbridge, but was at Mendon.
