Notes - Boyd Scott Remington has this Mary married to this Jonathan. However, there was another Jonathan born the same year in East Greenwich. I am not so sure she did not marry the other one. However, Newport and Jamestown are almost next to each other, separated only by a little water, so this couple is a reasonable assumption. (needs more research)
Mary Remington's 16 Aug 1777 will mentions her father Benjamin Thurston, dec'd; her sister Sarah, w/o Joseph Turner; and cousin (niece) Sarah Gardner, w/o John and daughter of my sister Sarah.
