      From findagrave.com:

Mrs. Stephen Remington, died yesterday morning at 3 o'clock at her home on South Clinton street [avenue]. Mrs. Remington was 61 years of age and had been a life-long resident of Rochester. She had been in feeble health for some time past and a week ago suffered an attack of the influenza. There were, however, no alarming symptoms and yesterday morning she was apparently as well as usual. In the afternoon she complained of headache and at 5 o'clock was prostrated by a stroke of paralysis. She remained unconscious until she expired. The surviving family consists of her husband, one of Rochester's most prominent business men, and three children: two sons, Stanley D. and Ward Remington, and three daughters, Mrs. J. M. [Adele] Ingersoll, of Lafayette, Ind., Miss Elizabeth Remington and Miss Florence Remington. The deceased was a member of the First Universalist Church. The funeral will take place to-morrow afternoon at 2 o'clock at the house.
