    • I am making an assumption that C. W. Remington belongs in this family group, because he and his family are living next door to Amos & family in the 1880 Federal Census. He could be a son of Joseph, also nearby, but more likely of Amos.

      Jane Hardin's genealogy has him as a son of Amos, but has his middle name as Wilcox.
