  I am making an assumption that this Betsey P. Remington, buried in the family plot at Pocasset Cemetery, is the wife of George T. Remington, also buried there. In the 1870 Federal Census, Betsey P. Remington is age 47, living at Warwick, RI. With her are Byron D., 20; and Ella F., 13. Betsey Remington is age 55 in the 1880 Federal Census at Warwick, Kent, RI, with her daughter "Elesie" age 23 (could it be Ella C.?).
