    • Vincy was of Wallingford, CT, at the time of her marriage. Her surname is sometimes written as Moss, although the spelling on both the marriage record and the tombstone is Morse. It has been supposed that she is a descendant of John Moss, one of the original founders of the New Haven Colony. However, is has not been confirmed. Her death certificate names Cairo, NY, as her birthplace. (source: Kay Larson, a descendant; contact info may be available on request)
