• Notes

  According to the Remington genealogy compiled by Lois Remington Smith, Daniel served in the Revolution in both MA & VT. The four children included in this family group are placed here by information from Pat Boyden, a Remington descendent. I have verified Heman, but not the other three. He is probably the Daniel Remington (looks like David but unclear) age 86 VT, a pauper, living at Starksboro, Addison Co., VT, with Benjamin & Nancy Johns in the 1850 Federal Census.
