Notes - In the 1855 MA Census, John O. & June A. Remington, ages 27 and 19, are living at Becket, MA, with hsi parents, John & Sarah.
In the 1870 and 1880 Federal Censuses, John O. & Jane A. Remington are living at Becket, Berkshire Co., MA, with and near other family members. In 1880, Emily Fuller, age 70, is with them, possibly Jane's mother; in addition, John's brother Alonzo is there, apparently paralyzed; and a nephew, Frank Rust, 19. They are next door to Stephen and his daughter Nettie Green.
It appears that John was the informant for the death of his brother Amasa Alonzo in 1904.
