Notes - In the 1910 Federal Census, Gilbert & Bertha Remington are living at Deer Creek, Pickaway Co., OH. With them are three children: Lynetta, Gleneva, & Royal; also, Rosa, Gilbert's sister, age 29.
In the 1920 Federal Census, Gilbert J. Remington is age 52 and a laborer, living in Logan, Mason Co., MI. It says he is married, but he appears to be boarding with a family of another name. His wife Bertha Remington is living with three of their children at Muskegon Precinct 15, Muskegon Co., MI.
In 1930 he is age 63 and living at Lake, Lake Co., MI. It says he is widowed. However, his wife has most likely remarried or otherwise divorced and using her maiden name, as she appears in the census as Bertha Bruder living with son Royal.
