In the 1870 Federal Census, Walter is age 11, living with his parents and three siblings in Providence, RI. In 1880 he is age 21, still living with his parents, and siblings, one of whom is married. In 1920 he is living in East Providence, RI. He is married to Annie (Remington) Goff. His mother-in-law, Lucy Remington, is living with them, along with other family members. He is there in 1930, but Lucy & Annie are gone. He is with son Albert and his family.
