  The proper identification of Ann Wanton (rather than Elizabeth Fenner) as the correct wife of Capt. William Rhodes is stated in "Supplement to Descendants of Roger Williams, Book I, Waterman Line," Additions & Corrections, 2003, compiled by Dorothy Higson White.
