  In the 1880 Federal Census his name appears as Harrold R. Wolfendole, and his mother as N. P. Wolfendole, age 23, married. Both are living with her parents, Jeremiah & Hannah Remington. His father may have left or died while he was very young and so he later took his mother's maiden name, Remington. Or, he may have been raised by his grandparents (needs more research). In the 1930 Federal Census, Harold's family is living at 34 County Rd. in Barrington, RI. Cause of death: cerebral thrombosis.
