Notes - In the 1900 Federal Census, Ellen F. Smart is living at 243 Orchard St., Woonsocket, RI. The census shows that she is a widow age 45, but she is really 55. Her birthday is given as Feb 1855. Maybe the census taker got the years confused. With her are her two children, Florence M. 23, and Eugene A. 20.
