Manchester is divorced, age 44, and living in Newport. In 1920 he appears to be the Charles F. Manchester age 48 in Tiverton, married to Sarah born c 1873 in MA. There is also a Charles Manchester about the same age, born RI, living in California, but his parents' birthplaces do not agree with this Charles.
