Notes - In the 1900 census, Charles is married to Sarah b Mar 1862 England. They are living at Tiverton, RI, and have been married 15 years. In 1910, Charles F. Manchester is divorced, age 44, and living in Newport. In 1920 he appears to be the Charles F. Manchester age 48 in Tiverton, married to Sarah born c 1873 in MA. There is also a Charles Manchester about the same age, born RI, living in California, but his parents' birthplaces do not agree with this Charles.
