This may be our ancestor, although the age may be a bit off; I have estimated both his birth year and death year. The household in 1840 consists of: 1 M 15<20, 1 M 20<30, 1 M 50<60, 1 F 15<20, and 1 F 50<60. Joshua is listed next to Ephraim Boomer.
However, "The Luther Genealogy" p. 279 says Joshua died/was bur 7 May 1839. This appears to be confirmed by his gravestone in North Burial Ground, Fall River.
