  Lydia's name was obtained from the death record of son Hiram. In the 1850 Federal Census, Lydia B. Ellsbree is age 57, living at a boarding house in New Bedford, Bristol Co., MA. With her are the following: Samuel Ellsbree 40, Joseph Ellsbree 30, Hiram Ellsbree 24, & Eliza A. Ellsbree 32. I am not sure if Eliza is a daughter or daughter-in-law.
