    • In the Federal Census of 1900, Frank E. 40 VT & Nettie C. 34 NY Remington are living at Pitcairn, St. Lawrence Co., NY. They have two sons: Arthur G. 16 & Charlie J. 8.

      In the Federal Census of 1920, Frank E. & Nettie C. Remington are living at Pierrepont, Saint Lawrence Co., NY. Son Charles L. age 23 is still with them.

      Obituary info courtesy of Mary Lou Raftery:

      "Frank Remington died in an accident at the Newton Falls mill. Apparently he was caught in the machinery and was torn and bruised enough that he died 10 minutes after they found him. He died November 18 1924. Services at the Methodist Church Nov 20. Burial in Harrisville Cemetery. Frank was the only son of Jonathan and Sophia Remington. He was born in Vermont in 1862 and came to Diana when he was 7 yrs. old. He married Nettie Shipman in 1883, had two sons, Arthur and Charles. All three survive him. Two cousins also mourn his death. He had moved to Newton Falls about 7 yrs. ago." (dated Thursday Jan 8 1925)
