    • Susie's marriage record says she was age 21 and a resident of Grafton, MA, and born in Montreal, Canada. However, the 1880 census has her birthplace as MA. It also has her name as Susanna. Susanna was a family name; perhaps she was named after her ancestor Susannah Wheeler.

      In the 1871 Canadian Census, Susan is age 3, born in Quebec, Canada.
