    • The will of Sion Seabury, dated 21 Sep 1793 and proved 15 Aug 1801 at Tiverton, RI, mentions his (assumed second) wife Dorcas (and the possessions she brought when she married him); also mentions sons Aaron, Philip, & Joseph; daughters Dorcas (w/o Abner Sowle) and Alice (single); grandchildren John, Peleg, David, Cornelius, Peirce, George, Job, and Mary.

      I am not sure when Sion's first wife died and when he married Dorcas; consequently I am not sure if daughter Dorcas is from his first or second marriage. This needs more research. For the time being I have placed the daughter Dorcas as from a second marriage, with the assumption that Anna died shortly after their fourth child was born.
