    • At the time of his registration for the draft in 1917, Kenneth was a civil engineer employed by the City of Central Falls. It was noted that he was medium tall, of medium build, had light brown eyes and hair, and was flat-footed.

      In the Federal Census of 1930, Kenneth and Mildred Slocum, ages 36 & 35, are living in New Bedford, MA. They have two children, M. Elizabeth 9 and Kenneth Jr. 6 (all b RI).

      In 1940 they are living in East Providence, RI. Kenneth is a salesman at the petroleum works.
