Davina J. McGinnes

It appears that Davina was the sister of Philip's first wife, because she appears in the 1920 Federal Census as his sister-in-law, probably helping to care for her four nieces and nephews in the Panama Canal Zone. By 1930 they are married and living in Windsor, CT. According to the 1930 census data, Davina's parents were born in Scotland.

More information on Davina and Agnes was sent to me by a descendant of the McGinnes family, Julie Jordan. She provided their maiden name as McGinnes.

Davina married Philip Remington Between 1 Jun 1920 and 1930. Philip (son of Philip Halsey Remington and Elizabeth "Lizzie" F. Masters) was born May 1876, Oklahoma Indian Territory. [Group Sheet]
