    According to my great-grandma's writings, this "Aunt Emma" was in New Jersey.

    In the 1940 census, she is "Anna Andrews" age 66, living with her daughter Florida and family in Cape May, NJ. Son William and family are living nearby.

    In the Federal Census of 1940, the family is living in Cape May, NJ: Wm H. Andrews 44 PA, Marie 29 MD, Dorothy 4 NJ. William's sister Florida Kates and family are living nearby, and their mother Emma Andrews.
