In the 1860 Federal Census, listed at Little York, Nevada Co., CA, are the following: J. C. Remington 38 RI, Caleb Remington 34 MA, B. L. Remington 32 MA, and C. W. Remington 26 RI. These are mostly likely the four brothers in this family. They are miners.
