    • Note: This couple may be misplaced on the tree -- this is in process of research. Stephen may be a son of John b.1757 in Scituate, RI; some genealogies have him as a son of John b.1770. However, if this is the case, Stephen couldn't have been born in 1780. His wife was probably Rebeckah Watson; they had a son Zeri Watson Remington (see Boyd Scott Remington's chart -- needs more research to confirm).
