This Indenture made the twenty fifth day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and fifty six between Lewis G Pyles of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the first part and Edward Remington of Thomas County State of Georgia of the second Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of five Dollars doth grant bargain sell and Confirm unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns the following described real property
lying and being situated in the town of Newnansville County of Alachua and state of Florida
