Notes - In the 1850 Federal Census, Benjamin & Phebe are living at Hudson (Ward 1), Columbia Co., NY. With them in the household are their daughters Sarah Jenkins and Phebe A. Moone, and son-in-law Lucius Moore.
They are still there in 1860, when Penelope's name is written as Penela and her birthplace is given as NY. Benj is 73, Penela is 72, and Sarah H. Remington is 42. Lucius Moore is there, but now it appears that his wife is Harriet F.; the Moores have three children.
