      Notes from Linda Mathew: "Ezekiel married Rosannah (Hunt) Verry sometime after 28 Nov. 1837, when they signed a prenuptial agreement. Rosannah had property in East Greenwich and North Kingstown (probably inherited from her husband). They agreed that she would keep her property and if she died first, it was to go to her heirs. If Ezekiel died first, Rosannah was to get her thirds. It sounds like Rosannah made a pretty good deal. Rosannah outlived Ezekiel by a good many years and died in 1873 at the age of 87."
