Notes - In the 1860 Federal Census, Charles & Lucia Whipple, ages 30 & 24, are living at Smithfield, RI. They are with Lucia's mother, Ann Eliza Follett, age 50. They are living near Lucia's brother William, his wife Harriet Follett, and their infant son Albert.
In the 1870 Federal Census, Charles & Lucia A. Whipple are living at Burrillville, Providence Co., RI. They have two daughters: Anna 10, & Nellie F. 2.
In 1880 Charles & Lucia are still at Burrillville. Annie, age 20, is still with them. Also there is a boarder, Abbie Loring, 22. I think Nellie has died, because there is a grave in Burrillville which is the correct name and age for her.
