Notes - According to John's Revolutionary War Pension File, both he and Mary were born in Tiverton, and knew each other from their youth.
I have roughly estimated his year of birth. At present it is unclear which family group this John Manchester belongs to. He may be a son of Isaac Manchester and Hannah Cundall, since the name Isaac is found several times in subsequent generations.
Or, could he be a son of John & Lidia who were married 13 May 1749 at Tiverton?
Glenn Russell's family tree at Rootsweb's Worldconnect lists 8 children for this couple, but I am including only 5 of them at this point. This family needs more research.
