• Notes

  In the 1850 Federal Census, Henry L. Remington is age 23, a wheelwright, and living at Enfield, Hartford Co., CT. In 1860 Henry is age 32 and his wife Lorinda M. is 30. They are in Enfield, CT, and have a son Frank E. or C., age 8. Next door is Angeline Remington, 53, who I am assuming is Henry's mother. (needs more research to confirm) In 1870 Henry 44 and Laurinda 40 are still living at Enfield. Their son Frank E. is 18. Also is the household is Angeline Remington, age 63. In 1880 Henry L. & Lorinda N. are still at Enfield, CT. In the 1900 census Henry L. Remington is age 73 and still at Enfield. He has a second wife, Emily F., age 60 NH.
