      Thomas Remington of Po, mariner, & wife Amy, sold house and land to Thomas Shaw of LC, tailor, for 800 pounds, 21 Nov 1761. This was bordered by David Lake's land on two sides, by Christopher Turner's on the third, and a highway on the fourth.
